Two firefighters were injured while battling a fierce inferno at a Western Sydney chemical recycling business on Saturday night. Videos posted to social media show nearby residents watching as an explosion sent flames soaring 150 metres into the sky at the site on Kurrajong Street in North St Marys. More than 200 firefighters worked for over 12 hours to contain the blaze, with ongoing explosions fuelled by hazardous materials at the site. #sydney #inferno #factoryfire

We don’t use deodorant… Smell isn’t something to be ashamed of. It’s a form of biofeedback. A signal designed to guide you. But most of us were taught to suppress it. To cover it up with synthetic fragrances, chemical antiperspirants, or even “cleaner” options like salt rocks. We used to use those too. And yes, potassium alum is a healthier alternative to most antiperspirants, which plug your sweat glands and block perspiration entirely. But it’s still an aluminum salt. And it still creates a ch
