Tuberculosis is an airborne infection that leads to lung damage through caseous necrosis, literally turning tissue cheese-like. Our imposter game highlighted classic signs such as weight loss, poor appetite, fatigue, and a persistent cough. Thankfully, TB is treatable through the DOTS approach (Directly Observed Treatment). And yes, the BCG vaccine offers protection, especially in children. Our game ended up being more of a clinical refresher than we expected. 🦠🫁
