For the first time since the deadline, the Bucks GM discussed trading Khris Middleton and acquiring Kyle Kuzma, Jericho Sims and Kevin Porter Jr.

Khris Middleton may very well see his jersey hanging in the rafters at Fiserv Forum after he retires. The sharpshooting wing served as Giannis Antetokounmpo's right-hand man when the Milwaukee Bucks won the NBA Finals in 2021.

The Milwaukee Bucks community expected to end this week wrestling with the the end of Khris Middleton’s time in cream and green. In the weeks preceding the trade deadline, Middleton was transitioned to a bench role where he showed some promise before the wheels fell off again last week in a pair of scoreless performances.

Milwaukee owes its second-round pick to the Cleveland Cavaliers. But the Kuzma trade brought back a 2025 second-rounder from the Wizards, so they'll have at least one pick in the 2025 draft.
