Eighteen-year-old Connor Zilisch's Cup debut was eventful but ended before the checkered flag flew Sunday at Circuit of the Americas. Zilisch finished last in the 37-car field after he slammed into Trackhouse Racing teammate Daniel Suarez's spinning car.

Connor Zilisch bounced back from adversity in the Xfinity Series race at COTA to win the Focused Health 250, his second career Xfinity win.

Connor Zilisch will make his NASCAR Cup Series debut Sunday in the Circuit of the Americas (1:30 p.m. CT, FOX). Zilisch started racing go-karts when he was five. He moved up to the ARCA Menards Series in 2023 and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and Xfinity Series in 2024.
