The 500-capacity Nashville venue Losers Bar & Grill was maybe the most surprising place in the city this past weekend.

Snoop Dogg, the famed rapper and cultural icon, will perform at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield this summer.

On Sunday evening (March 9), rapper Snoop Dogg made a surprise appearance at Nashville music venue Losers Bar & Grill. The 16-time Grammy-nominated entertainer treated the audience in the 500-capacity venue to a rendition of his 1994-released song “Gin and Juice.”

Snoop Dogg surprised the crowd at Loser's in Midtown by joining the band on stage for a country-tinged performance of his 1993 hit, "Gin and Juice.”
