Charles McDowell, 37, was first arrested in Escambia County in early January on an out-of-state fugitive charge.

Cordova Mall is bringing a new set of national retailers to Pensacola this year including Lululemon, a multibillion athleisure clothing brand that is opening its first Pensacola-area store inside the mall, and furniture company Lovesac.

Local fans of the supermarket chain have anxiously awaited the new store's arrival. They won't have to wait much longer.
