Michigan’s Vlad Goldin on reuniting with parents after nearly 5 years apartThe Goldins were introduced as part of Michigan’s Senior Day ceremony, walking from a tunnel to midcourt, where May was waiting with a framed jersey. Goldin’s fiancée, Camryn Vogler, and her parents joined them. The two got engaged on the Crisler court after Michigan’s game against Michigan State on Feb. 21.
On Saturday, the Ukrainian Society of Michigan coordinated a Unity Walk for Ukraine to mark the third anniversary of Russia's invasion of the country, which happened on February 24, 2022.
Yoopers for Ukraine, which organized the Marquette demonstration, had 11 events across the U.P. over the last weekend.
The rally comes after Russia and the U.S. agreed to start working toward ending the war in Ukraine and improving their diplomatic and economic ties.
FOX 17 spoke with Prof. David Jesuit on what may occur after the two leaders clashed and what it could mean for Michiganders.
