The U.S. Marshals Service confirmed Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested at about 8 a.m. at the Milwaukee County Courthouse.

Judge Hannah Dugan's cases will be taken over by a reserve judge starting Monday, according to Chief Judge Carl Ashley.
