Part of the Nicosia-Limassol highway was closed on ... the Kornos exit and remained stationary, closing the lane. Parts of the car were spread around the right lane, leading to its closure.

In a post on X, fire service spokesman Andreas Kettis said the Nicosia department dispatched two staffed fire engines to the underground parking of a building where the car was stationed.
