Prosecutor Connie Pillich showed photos that the men took of themselves with items taken from Burrow's home. Now, the men face new felony charges of second-degree burglary and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

Three Chilean men were charged in connection with the burglary at Joe Burrow's home, but they aren't the only gang involved in the recent string.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich said federal officials are allowing Hamilton County to prosecute the men locally first. Because there's no federal equivalent of a burglary charge, the only way to charge them with burglary for breaking into Burrow's home is at the local level,
