TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Saturday his country is in a full-scale war with the U.S., Israel and Europe ahead of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ’s meeting Monday with U.S. President Donald Trump.
Iran has warned that it will respond harshly to any attack after United States President Donald Trump threatened further military action. The warning comes amid growing tensions over Tehran’s nuclear programme and ballistic missile capabilities, months after a devastating 12-day conflict in June.
Iran’s response to any aggression will be harsh, President Masoud Pezeshkian writes on X, a day after US President Donald Trump warned of a possible strike. He adds that it “will make the aggressor regret it.”
