A 9-year-old girl and her 5-year-old brother who have been missing since Monday in north Alabama are believed to be in danger, authorities said Monday. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued emergency missing child alerts for Lily Delores Gray,

The Decatur Police Department said ALEA said 9-year-old Lily Delores Gray and 5-year-old were last seen Monday, February 3

Police said due to the allegations of child abuse, it is believed the children may be in danger. Those with information regarding the whereabouts of Lily and Caden Gray, are urged to contact the Decatur Police Department at 256-341-4638 or call 911.

The Decatur Police Department says it believes the children reported missing Wednesday evening are in danger. According to police, on Jan. 24, the department received a report of child abuse from the Morgan County Department of Human Resources.

According to Decatur Police, sometime on Feb. 3, the children's mother Leanna Varcoe went to the family member's house, took both children, and fled. Police say on Feb. 5 it was discovered Leanna Varcoe may have fled the state with the children, it us unknown if the children's stepfather, identified as Zachery Varcoe, is with them.
