Defense ministers from from nine eastern European nations urged NATO to prepare a “collective answer” to mounting cases of airspace violations by Russia among nations bordering Ukraine.

President Joe Biden is considering a Ukrainian request to fire Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) — long-range, American-made weapons — across the Russian border, according to the New York Times.
