I didn't find them too steep or narrow and my knees are not in the best of condition. There are handrails and it is possible to stop and let people pass if you need a rest. You don't …

I didn't find them too steep or narrow and my knees are not in the best of condition. There are handrails and it is possible to stop and let people pass if you need a rest. You don't climb them in one go. If you have stairs in your own house, count them and walk up and down them a few times with suitable rests.

Elaine - you have an array of options. Joe and the Juice inside John Lewis liverpool one which is about a 10 minute walk, serving delicious sandwiches and indie healthy snacks. Salad bowl - up the road past the titanic hotel, this funky little number serves great lunches picked by you and served by a great staff base! Chicken, bacon, pasta, rice, fresh salad, dressing...... Pret Manger - just passed the liver buildings to the left you can find a light lunch and a cup of coffee or tea. Hope this all helps these are all lighter lunches below you can find restaurant options. Smugglers Cove - this can be found on the very front of the docks, about a 10 minute walk of 2 minute drive from the building, it serves multiple types of foods and great beverages. San Carlo - a more expensive restaurant based about 5 minutes into time from car, this serves quality pastas, meats and fishes. Hope this all helps!
